Bed & Breakfast Rates
Our rates for bed & breakfast are based on two people in a bedroom.
2011 Rates
- Bedrooms are £90.00 per night.
- The Suite is £120.00 per night
2012 Rates from 1st April
- Bedrooms are £110.00 per night.
- The Suite is £140.00 per night
At certain weekends of the year e.g. Bank Holidays, we have a minimum 2 night stay policy. We accept cash, cheque and Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards.
Dinner
As we are a bed & breakfast guest house, we can only offer dinner to individual guests on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday evenings, and only by prior arrangement. This comprises of a 3 course set menu from £30.00 per person, which will be served in our private dining room. Please ask for details of menus. We are unlicensed; however you are welcome to bring your own wine.
Private use
Kinnaird House is available for whole house bookings, including the Christmas and New Year holidays. The house is perfect for a house party for up to 16 friends and family. A package can be arranged which includes either bed & breakfast days, or full catering. Please ask for details.
Weddings
Kinnaird House, with its surrounding gardens, provides an elegant and distinctive venue for weddings. Please ask for details of whole house hire.
