Terms and Conditions

Reservations and Deposits

Upon booking, credit card details will be requested. These will be securely held on file and will be used to process the deposit necessary to confirm and guarantee your reservation. The credit card details may also be used for payment of any items left outstanding upon departure. The deposit payable will be the first night's accommodation rate. If you are booking the house for sole use the entire amount will be payable in advance.

Cancellation policy

All reservations cancelled outwith 14 days are refundable in full. At the management's discretion reservations cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival will be charged for in full unless the accommodation is re-sold or the accommodation is re-booked for a later date.

Dogs

Dogs are not permitted in the main house.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted in any area of the main house.

Children

We regret that we cannot accommodate children under 12 yrs old in Kinnaird House.

Lost property

We regret that Kinnaird House cannot be held responsible for any items of property left in guest bedrooms or the house. We will always endeavour to return any guest property that we find however this will be at your expense.

Other information

Kinnaird reserved the right to adjust rates without prior notification. All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%. There is no service charge and gratuities are entirely at your discretion.
