Hilltop

Since 2009, "Hilltop" on the Kinnaird Estate has been catering for the requirements of local businesses and enterprises, providing facilities for those in need of longer stay off-site staff accommodation.

The residence consists of 12 single rooms, 1 double room, 2 one bedroom flats (sitting room, bedroom and shower room/WC) and 1 ensuite bedroom (with shower room/WC). Shower rooms and WCs are on both floors of the residence. A communal kitchen, sitting room with television, a laundry room and payphone are available.

2012 Prices are:

  • £49.00 per week for a single room
  • £56.00 per week for a single room en-suite
  • £70.00 per week for a double room
  • £70.00 per week for a one bedroom flat

The minimum length of stay at the Hilltop residence is 3 months.
