Chaîne Des Rotîsseurs

“Since the first contact with the Chaîne while working at the ‘Gasthaus zur Post’in Germany, where Diner Amicales were hosted, I was fascinated by the society.” Anne Schaeflein Kinnaird’s Manager, was invited to become a professional member in 2008.

Membership of the Chaîne offers the opportunity for new members to meet professionals and non-professionals who share a common interest in wine, cuisine and fine dining. For the professional members, such as chefs, restaurateurs and hoteliers, it creates opportunities to demonstrate their exceptional skills and creativity to a discerning and appreciative international audience. The fellowship of the Chaîne guarantees an especially warm welcome in member establishments.

In April 2009 Kinnaird hosted, for the first time, the Annual General Meeting and Gala Dinner of the Bailliage d'Ecosse.
