Exclusive Use
Kinnaird has welcomed distinguished guests to family house parties since the 1920’s. From royalty to entrepreneurs, writers and artists, the house has seen numerous balls, dinners and celebrations.
With just eight bedrooms and one suite, and two Courtyard Cottages a few steps from the main ‘House’, Kinnaird is the perfect retreat for a completely private event, business meeting or intimate special occasion.
Further accommodation is available in the Estate Cottages.
Small gatherings for meetings and dinner can be held in one of the private sitting rooms whilst the former drawing room with its magnificent 19th century hand painted panels and stunning views of the Perthshire countryside is used for larger groups, and is ideal for private dining.

The variety of outdoor pursuits available to guests at Kinnaird ranges from tennis and croquet, to loch and river fishing, clay pigeon shooting, organised pheasant shoots or deer stalking. Days can be combined with Estate tours, walks, a round of golf and trips to see local sights.
Lunch can be served in one of the bothys or fishing huts, or you may choose to have a picnic prepared to accompany you.
If you would like to host a unique or traditional event, the Kinnaird team is on hand to take hospitality to another level.
