Keepers Cottage sleeps up to 4 and is a very attractive traditional house in a quiet courtyard location within the grounds of Kinnaird House. The house is on two levels and comprises the following:-

  • Spacious lounge (with gas log fire) and television with Freeview digital channels.
  • Dining room .
  • Kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.
  • Separate toilet.
  • French windows leading from the lounge to a timber-decked area overlooking fields stretching towards the River Tay

Upstairs

  • Two double en-suite bedrooms. These can be used as twins or doubles.

  • Bed linen and towels provided.
  • Heating is by oil-fired radiators.
  • DVD and CD player provided.
  • Garden furniture and barbeque are available from April - October.
  • A daily service is available at a cost of £40.00 per day
  • Parking for two cars.
