Covid - 19
We have put in place the following procedures to ensure all guests have a SAFE STAY.
What we are doing for you our guests:
EXTRA CLEANING TIME ALLOWED
Customer check-out will be by 9am and check-in will be after 5pm to allow extra time for cleaning (disinfectants need at least 1hr to dry and air in the property once cleaners leave).
The minimum stay period will be 5 nights to reduce the number of changeovers in each property.
MAIN SURFACES & ITEMS ARE SANITISED
Anti-viral disinfectant will be used to sanitise all surfaces and heavy-use items such as worktops, tables, welcome folders, remote controls, switches, sockets, cords, door/window handles, thermostats, plugs & appliances.
NON-ESSENTIAL ITEMS ARE REMOVED
All non-essential items which are difficult to clean have been temporarily removed, such as board games, books, surplus crockery, decorative soft furnishings such as cushions and throws.
GUEST SAFETY DURING STAY
Anti-bacterial hand sanitizer will be provided in the accommodation for guests to use during their stay.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE PROCESSES
Check in and Check out procedure will be without face to face contact, details will be included in confirmation emails. Staff will always be contactable via telephone or email.
What you as guests can do for us:
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Do not arrive before 5pm unless you have an earlier time pre-arranged with the Estate Office. Check out on time to allow our cleaners enough time to prepare the property for our next guests. Fill and run dishwasher on departure. Remove and bag bedding (including mattress and pillow proctectors) and towels. Empty all bins. Leave windows open.
GUEST SAFETY DURING STAY
Use the anti-bacterial hand sanitizer or liquid soap provided.
Ensure all crockery and glasses used are washed thoroughly before departure, preferably in the dishwasher.
HELP AND ASSISTANCE
Should you require assistance during your stay that requires our staff to visit you at the property please ensure you adhere to social distancing measures.

Contact the Estate Office should anyone in your party show symptoms of Covid-19 and adhere to government guidelines on reporting and managing potential infection cases.
